The brief
Wither, a 25ft hanging installation by ecological artist Thijs Biersteker, shown in the main hall of the Barbican as part of the Our Time On Earth exhibition. The work — a digital rainforest visualising Amazon deforestation data in real time, in collaboration with UNESCO — was produced from concept through to installation.
